Assistant Manager, Business Strategy (1-year Contract)

Responsibilities:

• Co-ordinate various units within HK Branch, Overseas Branches and Head Office to implement business strategies
• Prepare MIS reports that cover North East Asia region
• Assist to perform financial forecast and analysis, identify risks and opportunities for business
• Co-ordinate relevant parties to develop new strategic initiatives as assigned by senior management and monitor the progress
• Formulate and revamp relevant policies and procedures to facilitate business management
• Prepare and consolidate presentation materials for management meetings
• Work on various ad-hoc projects as assigned by Head of Business Units

Ideal candidates should possess:

• Bachelor's Degree in any discipline
• At least 5 years’ relevant experience, preferably in banking and finance industry
• Experience in handling business performance reporting
• Outstanding project management and coordination skills
• Multi-tasking skills and ability to work under pressure
• Experience in making project proposals and monitor progress independently
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to deal with different stakeholders
• Self-motivation and creativity, be attentive to details
• Strong PC skills, proficient in using Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing is a must
• Proficiency in written and spoken Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese) and English
