Housekeeping Supervisor – Overnight

Responsibilities

• In-charge of overnight operations
• Arrange room cleaning assignment for next day
• Delivery clean linen
• Follow up and handling Housekeeping guest complaints & requests
• Room make up (e.g. room change, late checked out)
• All other cleaning jobs
• Hand over with morning shift

Requirements

• Form 5 or above or equivalent
• 2-3 years working experience in the supervisory level, preferably in hospitality industry is an advantage
• Sound knowledge in the use of all kinds of cleaning chemicals and equipment
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work independently with strong self-discipline
• Be a good team player.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
