Security Supervisor

Mandarin Oriental, Hong Kong is looking for an Security Supervisor to join our Security team.

As Security Supervisor, you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Provide supervisory guidance and support to all Security Officers;
• Perform Hotel security daily duties such as access control, regular patrol and incident handling;
• Arrange the duties for the shift and be responsible for the efficient discharge of duties by subordinates;
• Assist in the development and implementation of Standard Operating Procedures for the Department;
• Respond to all accidents and assist guests / staff during emergency situations;
• Prepare, review and follow-up on all incident, loss and accident reports;
• Monitor CCTV, Perimeter-Alarm System, and Fire Life Safety System;
• Protect and safeguard all guests and staff, their belongings and all hotel assets.

As Security Supervisor, we expect from you:

• At least 3 to 5 years related working experience;
• Experienced in report writing and in carrying out investigations;
• Knowledge of CCTV, BMS & AFA systems;
• Honest, Self-motivated and Responsible;
• Holder of valid Security Personnel Permit;
• Holder of First Aid, CPR and AED Training is an advantage;
• Fluent in Cantonese, and basic English & Mandarin;
• Shift duty is required.
