YOUR DAY TO DAY

• Create a memorable & high-quality dining experience by assisting with the smooth and efficient daily operation of the bar and restaurant
• Able to prepare ingredients and mix drinks professionally
• Maintain high level of hygiene and quality standard for the bar according to the hotel guidelines and the requirements of relevant government departments
• Contribute to overall operational efficiency by performing relevant duties as assigned
• Perform any other duties and special projects assigned by supervisors

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

• A great team player who is customer-oriented, attentive and hospitable
• Working knowledge of standard drink recipes, spirits, wine and beer
• Good communication skill
• Innovative ideas to create drinks up to the current market trend is a plus
