Principal responsibilities 

• Drive the Retail Banking and Wealth (RBW) growth strategy and business plan, aligned with the strategic direction of HASE HK
• Lead market research, analyze business dynamics and provide strategic insights and recommendations that support senior leadership decision-making
• Build and maintain a robust business performance monitoring framework; partner with RBW stakeholders to identify growth and cost synergy opportunities
• Drive strategic initiatives across RBW, mobilising cross-business collaborations to deliver strategic priorities
• Lead RBW management reporting and updates for the Executive Committee, Board members and other management forums

Requirements

• University graduate with at least 15 years’ experience in Retail Banking and Wealth business and/or management consulting, preferably with P&L accountability exposure 
• Strong commercial acumen and long-term strategic mindset, with proven business planning and performance delivery
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; able to translate conceptual ideas into clear messages for senior stakeholders and diverse audiences
• Strong stakeholder management, influencing and problem-solving skills, with experience partnering across functions and external parties
• Proven senior leadership in a fast-paced environment, with strong ownership and accountability
