Job Scope

Responsibilities include areas of Guest Relations, Front Desk, Concierge and Service Call Centre. The position carries out procedures ensuring welcoming and efficient work processes via exemplary services, maximizing on-day performance in room occupancy and average daily rates.

Job Requirements

• Diploma in hotel management or above;
• Fluent spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin;
• Strong passion in provision of total quality service;
• No overnight shift is required;
• Fresh graduate will also be considered;
• 5 days work week; at least 8 days dayoff entitlement per month.
