Director - Investment Department

Job Description :

• Handle with sale and purchase of whole buildings, commercial podiums and redevelopment sites.
• Draft and write property particulars, letters of offer and marketing proposals.
• Maintain and update the information of property listings.
• Liaise the potential clients including developers, listed companies, fund companies and investors.
• Lead and manage the team members and able to work independently.

Requirements : 

• Must have a valid estate agent's licence.
• Member of HKIS and/or RICS, but not a must.
• University/Diploma graduate or equivalent.
• Minimum 10 years' working experience in sale and purchase of residential, industrial, commercial or retail properties, preferably have a track record. 
• Have a strong client base and can create business income.
• Responsible, hardworking and excellent inter-personal & communication skills.
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
• Proficiency in the use of Microsoft applications.
