Job Summary:

This role oversees the development and management of deposit and payment products. It involves strategic planning, market analysis, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to enhance product offerings, drive customer engagement, and ensure compliance with regulations, ultimately contributing to revenue growth and customer satisfaction.

What you will be doing:

• Lead the development and management of the bank's deposit products portfolio and revenue growth.
• Lead the bank’s payment solutions and projects.
• Work closely with Finance, Treasury and provide advice and product insights for ALCO on the bank’s assets & liabilities strategies.
• Develop competitive pricing strategies for deposit products.
• Design and implement innovative deposit solutions.
• Analyze performance metrics to drive product improvements and as a core product for customer acquisition.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape.
• Conduct market research to identify customer needs and preferences.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales channels, compliance, and operations teams to enhance offerings.
• Mentor and guide junior team members in product development processes.
• Implement risk management practices and ensure regulatory compliance

What we are looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of solid experience in retail banking products, with a strong focus on deposits and payments.
• At least 5 years of proven leadership experience, with the ability to lead, develop, and manage teams effectively.
• Strong track record in deposit product strategy, pricing, and portfolio management to drive revenue growth.
• Strong understanding of risk management and regulatory requirements within the banking sector, ensuring product compliance.
