The incumbent is responsible for overseeing the club's security operations, including access control, patrolling, and risk management. He/she is developing and reviewing the Policies for operational excellence to ensure service quality and adherence to club standards.
Responsibilities:
- Direct report to the General Manager and be responsible for the security of the Club including access control, patrolling and risk management;
- Develop, implement, and continuously review the Club’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Policies & Procedures (P&Ps) to ensure operational excellence and compliance;
- Conduct regular risk assessments and incident investigations to ensure a safe and secure environment for members, guests and staff;
- Liaise with relevant government departments, law enforcement agencies and marina stakeholders on security matters, regulatory compliance and crisis management activities;
- Supervise the outsourced security team to ensure service quality, operational efficiency, and adherence to Club standards; and
- Perform ad hoc tasks and assignments as assigned by supervisors.
Requirements:
- Diploma or above in Security Management, Risk Management, or a related field;
- Minimum 7 years or above relevant work experience, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role;
- Holder of recognized security or safety licenses; possession of valid First Aid and CPR certifications is an advantage;
- In-depth knowledge of Hong Kong laws, ordinances, and statutory requirements relevant to security, safety, and risk management;
- Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal communication skills;
- Excellent command of spoken and written English and Cantonese. Proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage; and
- Shift work in weekends and public holidays is required.
