Senior Operations Officer

Key responsibilities:

• Responsible for guest check-in and check-out procedures in a professional manner, to provide courteous service and handle guests’ enquiries
• To perform ad hoc duties assigned by the Management

Job requirements: 

• Diploma holder in Hospitality Management is preferred
• At least 2 years relevant guest / customer service experience in hotel industry
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Good command in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua
