Floor Supervisor 樓層督導

Job Responsibilities 工作職責:

• Supervise floor cleaning operations and provide guidance to room attendants; 監督酒店樓層清潔工作並為房務員提供指導；
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness for guest rooms and public areas; 保持客房及公眾地方清潔標準；
• Promptly respond to guest inquiries, complaints, and requests. 及時回應客人的詢問、投訴及要求。

Job Requirements 職位要求:

• Required to work on shifts; 需輪班工作；
• Fluent in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin; 操流利粵語、英語及普通話；
• Courteous, professional, and customer-oriented; 有禮貌、專業及以客為先；
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant supervisory experience in Housekeeping within the hotel industry preferred. 具2年或以上於相似酒店房務監督經驗者優先考慮。
