Duty Engineer 當值工程師

Job Responsibilities 工作職責：

• Lead, monitor and supervise Foreman and Technicians during the shift duties to ensure smooth and efficient operations and maintenance of the plant, equipment, facilities and related systems of the Hotel;
  在值班期間帶領及監督督導及技術員的工作，以確保酒店的設施及相關系統的有效地運作；
• Monitor and coordinate the services performed by the contractor in accordance with all contracts, leases, service agreements and warranties;
  根據合約、租約、服務協議和保證監督及協調承包商提供的服務；
• Act as the emergency team member and work closely with Duty Manager during emergency conditions;
  擔任緊急團隊成員，並在緊急情況下與值班經理緊密合作；
• Carry out ad-hoc and special assignments as required.
  按需要執行臨時任務。

Job Requirements ​​職位要求：

• Higher Diploma or Certificate in Building Services, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering;
  持有屋宇裝備工程或機械工程或電機工程高級文憑或證書；​​​
• Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience with similar capacity which at least 3 years in supervisory role;
  至少5年的相關工作經驗，及至少3年擔任督導職位；
• Holder of Electrical Worker License of Grade A or above and Construction Industry Safety Training Certificate are required;
  須持有有效電工A牌或以上及平安卡；
• Strong problem solving skills and able to meet strict timeline;
  具解決問題的能力，並能夠嚴格按照時間表執行工作；
• Shift duties required.
  需輪班工作。
