Senior Cook 資深廚師– Japanese Kitchen 日本菜廚房 (5 Days Work 5 天工作制)

Job Descriptions:

• Responsibility for daily operations in the Japanese Kitchen Section
• Ensure food safety and hygiene standard in the kitchen
• Ensure excellent food production, presentation and flavours
• 負責酒店日本廚房內之廚務工作 (準備食材、出品等)
• 確保食物及工作環境衛生整潔
• 提供優質的日本料理食品

Requirements: 

• Minimum of 3 years relevant experience in Hospitality Industry
• Experience in Sushi and Teppanyaki are highly preferred
• Good command in Cantonese and Basic English is required
• Motivated team player with positive attitude and good communication skills
• Split shift is required
• 至少具有3年日式餐飲業的相關經驗
• 具有和食及鐵板料理經驗會優先考慮
• 需要良好粵語及基本英文
• 具團體合作精神及良好的溝通技巧
• 需要落場
