Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead the HVAC team in maintaining, repairing and installing heating, ventilation, and air‑conditioning systems (including all kitchen refrigerators and freezers).
• Oversee daily operations and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance schedules and respond promptly to system malfunctions.
• Assign tasks, monitor equipment performance, and support energy efficiency initiatives.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Department Head / Supervisor.

Qualifications

• 5-6 years of experience in engineering specifically in HVAC field. Experience in hotel industry will be an advantage.
• Diploma or Certificate in related discipline.
• Holder of Construction Industry Safety Training Certificate.
• Willing to work on shifts.
• Confident to work independently and under pressure.
• Good supervisory, communication skills and with good team work.
• Good command of Cantonese while English and Mandarin will be a plus.
