Portfolio Management and Payment

We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our department as Manager, Portfolio Management reporting to Senior Loan Acquisition Manager.

Principal responsibilities 

• Acquire personal loan/card loan to build up the profitable balances to gain market shares
• Formulate and execute business strategies on personal loan/card loan acquisition, marketing and sales channel management in achieving business targets
• Formulate and implement revenue models and pricing strategies to increase profit contribution for the business
• Design and develop digital innovation and journey to drive digital channel growth  
• Cooperate with key stakeholders, channels and functions effectively to facilitate campaign or new initiatives launch with most optimal results
• Drive customer satisfaction with seamless loan application process and new/enhanced unsecured lending products to echo the market changes and customer needs
• Stay on top of compliance requirements in particular sales and marketing-related, competition law and fair value principles to take timely actions to mitigate relevant risk posing to the bank, where applicable
• Stay abreast of regulatory requirements to ensure all customer communications and initiatives are compliance to FIM and related policies

Requirements

• University degree in Business Administration, Marketing or other relevant qualifications
•  Proven experience in unsecured loan products, marketing, credit card, preferably in financial industry
• Customer-oriented with strong business acumen and analytical skills
• Strong self-motivation and positive attitude with good project management and interpersonal skills
•  Ability to bring divergent ideas to create new and valuable solutions
• Resilience to stress, able to unlock full potential and prepare for the future of work
• Proficiency in both English and Chinese
