Customer Service Attendant (5-day work)

Your new role will:

• Handle inquiries and manage information counters at our commercial buildings
• Provide premium customer services to our tenants, customers and the public 
• Handle any visitors’ registration as required
• Report issues relating to the building to the relevant building management office for actions

What you'll need to succeed:

• F.5 / DSE graduate or above
• Possess 1 – 2 years' working experience in the customer service or hospitality industry, fresh graduates with high potential will also be considered
• Good command of spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Strong customer service skills and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to wear uniform
• Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8am - 6pm
