Manager (Corporate Loan Documentation) - Credit Administration Department

Responsibilities:

• Prepare facility letters, security documents, ISDA Master Agreement, instruction letters for corporate and financial institution loan application
• Coordinate and negotiate with counterparts for the preparation of all required legal documents and derivative documents to ensure proper execution
• Ensure requisite documents and all conditions precedents are duly completed to the Bank’s satisfaction prior to facility setup / loan drawdown
• Perform agency services for syndication if acting as agent
• Provide advice to Business Units in structuring complex documentation
• Monitor and follow up document deficiencies and/or the outstanding documents
• Compile performance tracking and MIS reporting for management information
• Perform other assignments and/or ad-hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

• University degree in Business Administration, Finance or related disciplines
• Minimum 4 years’ experience in corporate loan documentation
• Experience in handling non-standard documentation on bilateral or syndicated loan an advantage, and familiar with related procedures and relevant legal requirements
• Knowledge in corporate loan products, complex structural transactions and cross-border is highly preferred
• Independent with strong analytical and interpersonal skills
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
