Events Sales Manager

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to promote the hotel’s function spaces, with a strong focus on driving revenue from the wedding segment and related social events
• Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities while maintaining strong, professional relationships with existing clients, wedding planners, and business partners to encourage repeat business and referrals
• Manage event sales enquiries from initial contact to confirmation, including client consultation, site inspections, proposal preparation, contract negotiation, and timely follow-up
• Work closely with Events Operations, Culinary, Sales & Marketing, and other relevant departments to ensure all event requirements are clearly communicated and smoothly executed
• Oversee event planning and coordination to ensure seamless operations, high service standards, client satisfaction, and achievement of departmental revenue targets

Job Requirements:

• Degree holder in Hospitality Management or related disciplines
• Minimum 4 years’ catering or event sales experience; familiar with event logistics and planning
• Revenue-driven mindset with strong attention to detail and a well-established client database
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese
• Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior Events Sales Manager
