Health Safety, Environment & Quality Assurance Officer
(Maternity cover – 5 months contract)

Job Description

• Deploy and implement Sodexo food safety and health & safety management system in airport lounges;
• Perform food safety, health & safety compliance audits against corporate and/or client standards;
• Plan and provide food safety, health & safety training to different levels of staff
• Conduct investigation on food safety, health & safety incidents and propose effective corrective actions;
• Conduct risk assessments on food safety, health & safety and propose effective control measures;
• Participate in the implementation, monitoring and improvement of HACCP & ISO22000 system;
• Assist in other ad-hoc projects as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Degree holder in Food Science or related discipline
• 3-5 years or above solid quality assurance experience in Food / Catering industry
• Knowledge of HACCP / ISO22000 implementation
• Mature, self-motivated, independent and with good communication skills
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Immediate available is preferred.
