About the job

Based at the Mandarin Oriental, Hong Kong within Rooms Division in Hong Kong, the Valet/Door Attendant is responsible for providing quality service in a friendly, natural, courteous manner and always be attentive. The Valet/Door Attendant reports to the Chief Concierge.

As Valet/Door Attendant, you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Deliver valet parking and taxi services efficiently and professionally
• Welcome guests, assist with luggage, and provide directions as required
• Handle parking records and ensure accurate payment collection
• Maintain the appearance of the hotel entrance area
• Adhere to service, grooming, and perform other duties as assigned

As Valet/Door Attendant, we expect from you:

• Related working experience in hotel/ guest services
• Good communication skills in both English & Chinese
• Ability to multi-task and work as a team
• Dynamic and energetic
