Based at the Mandarin Oriental The Landmark, Hong Kong within Housekeeping Department in Hong Kong, the Assistant Housekeeper is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of Housekeepung team and supervising Housekeeping staff. The Assistant Housekeeper reports to the Executive Housekeeper.

As Assistant Housekeeper, you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Supervise daily housekeeping operations, including scheduling, staffing, work allocation, and productivity control
• Maintain guest room and public area cleanliness standards through inspections, special cleaning programs, and inventory management
• Manage departmental resources, supplies, equipment and cost control to ensure operational efficiency
• Lead, train, coach, and evaluate team members while maintaining grooming, service, and safety standards
• Ensure exceptional guest service by handling guest requests, complaints, and interdepartmental coordination in a timely and professional manner

 As Assistant Housekeeper, we expect from you:

• Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in a luxury hotel, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory role
• Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.
• Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and hotel property management systems
