About the job

Based at the Mandarin Oriental The Landmark, Hong Kong within Concierge Department in Hong Kong, the Concierge Officer is responsible for handling enquiries and providing assistance to customers at the expected level of a luxury property. The Concierge Officer reports to the Chief Concierge.

As Concierge Officer, you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Provide a pro-active and enthusiastic arrival and departure experience
• Make restaurant recommendations and reservations for hotel guests within or outside the hotel
• Answer to guest queries by demonstrating first-hand knowledge, meticulous research and local expertise through description and superb recommendation
• Handle confirmation and re-routing as well as purchase of airline tickets
• Arrange sightseeing trips by limousine, coach or boat
• Organize all transportation requirements for hotel guests
• Support with the arrival and departure luggage arrangements
• Ensure that the Concierge Desk information is always up-to-date.
• Demonstrate exceptional guest recognition in hotel lobby & entrance

As Concierge Officer, we expect from you:

• Relevant experiences in guest services or hotels
• Outgoing and friendly personality
• Good communication skills in both English & Chinese
• Good knowledge of Hong Kong and major Tourist attractions.
