About the job

Based at the Mandarin Oriental, Hong Kong within Engineering Department in Hong Kong, the M&P Supervisor is responsible for supervising and carrying out repairs and maintenance to mechanical, plumbing & drainage system and kitchen equipment. The M&P Supervisor reports to the Building Services Engineer.

As M&P Supervisor, you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Comply with Fire, Life, Health, Safety, Security (FLHSS) Standards to maintain a proper and safe work area
• Perform Emergency Response Team duties
• Carry out maintenance work according to the hotel plan
• Maintain proper and safe condition of all Plant, Plant Rooms, Equipment and Work areas
• Supervise and support the M&P Technician
• Liaise with other departments & contractors.

As M&P Supervisor, we expect from you:

• Holder of relevant certificate
• Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience with similar position
• Experience in luxury hotels or Club House would be an advantage
• Holder of Plumbing License or relevant Certificate are required
• Shift work is required
• Good communication skills and good command of written English & Chinese.
