Security Manager 保安經理

Job Responsibilities:

• To lead a security team to ensure the safety of hostel guests, visitors & staff;
• To supervise the subordinates to perform security duties including access control, visitor registration, car park management, patrolling , emergency incidents handling and investigation etc.;
• To monitor and ensure the smooth operations of security system;
• To assist in formulating security policies & procedures in compliance with related Ordinance and Hostel license requirements;
• To manage the security team, including duty roster scheduling, performance evaluation and training etc. &
• To increase security & safety awareness of staff through trainings, drills & tasks.

Job Requirements:

• A minimum of 7 years relevant experience with at least 3 years in supervisory level;
• Security License and Green Card holder;
• Holder of First Aid Certificate is preferable &
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.
