About the job

Based at the Mandarin Oriental The Landmark, Hong Kong within Rooms Division in Hong Kong, the Bell Attendant is responsible for providing quality service in a friendly, natural, courteous manner and always be attentive. The Bell Attendant reports to the Chief Concierge.

As Bell Attendant, you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Welcome guests at the hotel entrance and lobby area
• Assist guests with carrying their luggage while in hotel premises
• Deliver and collect luggage from/to guest rooms
• Assist guests for transportation arrangements and ensure guests are correctly directed to their destinations

As Bell Attendant, we expect from you:

• Related working experience in hotel/ guest services
• Good communication skills in both English & Chinese
• Ability to multi-task and work as a team
• Dynamic and energetic
