Manager, Securities Processing

Responsibilities:

• Manage daily trade settlement in Bonds, Structured Products including ELN, Unit Trust and other investment products.

• Handle enquiries from internal / external auditors and regulators for matters related to securities processing.

• Ensure all activities comply with the Bank’s policies and regulatory requirements.

• Keep abreast of HKMA / SFC’s regulatory requirements; draft preliminary review for new rules and regulations and perform gap analysis.

• Participate in new product or system enhancement projects including UAT.

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or related disciplines.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in settlement operations of Bonds, Structured Products or other investment products.

• Knowledge of Treasury products (TARF, FX Options, etc) is an advantage.

• Customer-focused, proven supervisory and communication skills.

• Attention to detail and able to work under pressure to meet tight deadline.

• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, proficiency in Putonghua is preferred.

• Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word processing.
