- Diploma in hotel management or hospitality training;
- Minimum 3 years' relevant experience in hotel front desk;
- Customer-oriented with good problem solving skills;
- Familiar with Front Office computer knowledge and operation;
- Fluent spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin;
- Less experience will be considered as Guest Engagement Officer.
