Site Engineer / Assistant Engineer

Chevalier (Construction) Company Limited has actively participated in many development projects in Hong Kong since the 1980s. Those projects include the redevelopment of public housing estates, the Private Sector Participation Scheme for the Hong Kong Housing Authority, construction of school buildings for primary, secondary and tertiary institutes, and a range of commercial, industrial, residential and shopping arcade projects for the private sector.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical inputs and support on engineering design and submission
• Carry out quality control
• Assist in checking structural design, test report and construction record
• Provide engineering support for all structural-related matters in site projects
• Monitor site progress and prepare relevant reports and record

Requirements

• Higher Diploma or above in Civil / Structural / Building Engineering or equivalent
• At least 2 years post graduated working experience in civil, structural, building works at main contractor
• Familiar with project coordination and site progress monitoring
• Good Knowledge of computer applications in MS Office and AutoCAD
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Self-motivated, a logical and systematic thinker
