Job Responsibilities

• Deliver teaching services in the relevant subjects of various international curricula and levels
• Perform duties in relation to students’ learning development such as delivering progress reports and communicating with guardians regarding students’ learning progress
• Lead or participate in academic-related projects such as teaching materials development and academic seminars
• Work with subject coordinators and departmental head to set forth training needs, objectives and program details
• Administer training initiatives such as preparing training materials; organizing; scheduling and conducting training sessions; and suggesting matching initiatives relating to syllabus training, teaching skills, presentation delivery and subject expertise.
• Review progress and results of training initiatives
• Maintain and inspect records in relation to training initiatives
• Report to departmental head and the Management team

Essential Qualities

• Bachelor’s degree in English / English Literature or a related major
• Track record of expertise in international tests and syllabuses such as the IB, I/GCSE, GCEAL, AP or SAT
• 5 years or above professional teaching experience in learning center
• Experience in teacher training an advantage
• Strong commitment to education
• Accountable and motivated individual with radiant team spirits
