About the Role

As a Store & Receiving Officer (倉務及收貨主任), you will be managing hotel storeroom operations, including inventory control, receiving procedures, and procurement coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Keep the storeroom clean and prepare in store inventory for audit.
• Keep accurate records of all material transactions through the computerized stores control system.
• Prepare and process purchase requests, follow up on procurement activities, and maintain accurate receiving records, including Daily Receiving Reports, to support operational efficiency and audit compliance.
• Receive and inspect all incoming goods against Purchase Orders, delivery notes, and specifications.
• Verify quantity, quality, pricing, expiry dates, and product condition upon receipt.
• Ensure receiving procedures comply with food safety standards, Hotel policies and internal control requirements.
• 保持倉庫整潔，準備倉庫貨存以作審核
• 於電腦系統準確地記錄所有交易
• 處理採購申請、跟進採購流程，並妥善記錄收貨文件及每日收貨報告，以確保營運效率及符合審計要求
• 負責所有來貨之收貨、驗貨及核對採購訂單資料
• 檢查貨品數量、品質、價格、有效日期及包裝狀況
• 確保所有收貨程序符合食物安全要求、酒店政策及內部監控要求

About You

• At least 1 year of relevant experience, preferably in the Hotel Industry.
• Familiar with Microsoft Office and systems.
• Responsible and detail-minded team player.
• Good command in written English and Chinese.
• 最少一年相關工作經驗, 具酒店行業經驗優先
• 熟悉相關電腦系統
• 有責任心、細心
• 良好中文、英文
