Assistant Housekeeper

Job Description:

• Manage the Housekeeping daily operations and supervise the team to ensure professional and courteous services to hotel guests
• Responsible for overall cleanliness of guest rooms and public areas to ensure quality standards and services are met
• Closely monitor the work performance of outside contractors
• Conduct on the job training to the team to ensure the delivery of consistent and high-quality service for guests

Requirements:

• At least 5 years' working experience in the supervisory level in Housekeeping Department 
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented with strong interpersonal and communications skills
• Good command of both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Sound knowledge in the use of all kinds of cleaning chemicals and equipments
• Proficient in computer skills
