Captain - Japanese Restaurant

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the efficient and high service standard in the station of the tables assigned
• Assist in the supervision of operation of Japanese restaurant, including but not limited to staff arrangement, side work preparation and table set- ups
• Supervise constantly on-the-job training of junior staff to achieve maximum guest satisfaction
• Perform any other job duties as required by the Management from time to time

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in hospitality management or related disciplines
• Minimum 3 years relevant service experience, preferably in hotels or catering industry
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Good command in both spoken and written English and Chinese
