Helper (Food & Beverage and Housekeeping Department)

Responsibilities 職責:

Food & Beverage Department 餐飲部

• Responsible for the daily operation of Cake Shop (Royal Delights) 負責餅店 ( Royal Delights) 的日常營運及工作 
• Provide excellent customer service to our guests 為顧客提供優質的客戶服務
• Handle guest's orders and enquiries 處理顧客的訂單及查詢 

Housekeeping Department 管家部

• Deliver exceptional guest service and facilitate smooth daily operation 處理住客的需求及部門的日常營運
• Replenish and stock guest floor pantries with essential supplies, including linens, towels and guest amenities 協助補給樓層客房的床單及毛巾等酒店物品
• Maintain the cleanliness of guestrooms, corridors and hotel public area 負責客房、走廊及公眾地方清潔

Requirements 資歷:

• Previous hospitality experience is an advantage 具備酒店服務經驗者優先
• Initiative and good customers service skills 主動性及良好的客戶服務技巧
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently 細心、能獨立完成工作
• Able to work in shift duty 須輪班工作
