Waiter/Waitress 侍應生 (中菜/西餐)

Job Duties

• Greet the members and guests promptly with a friendly smile and in a courteous and genuine manner. 以友善的微笑和禮貌真誠的態度，及時迎接會員和來賓。
• Serve food and beverage to members and guests according to established standard. 依照既定標準為會員和賓客提供餐飲服務。
• Ensure the tables and chairs are clean and properly set before the members and guests are seated. 確保桌椅乾淨整潔，擺放好當後，會員和賓客才能入座。
• Handle guest enquiries in a courteous and efficient manner. 以禮貌高效的方式處理客人詢問。
• Understand the menu thoroughly and explain to members and guests clearly and correctly if necessary. 徹底了解菜單，必要時能夠清楚、正確地向會員和賓客解釋。
• Offer help to other colleague with necessary. 必要時向其他同事提供協助。

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of relevant experience in the Club or F&B Service Industry. 具備至少一年酒店或餐飲服務業相關工作經驗
• Customer-oriented team player. 以客為本及具備團隊合作精神
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese. 良好中英文書寫及會話能力
• Fresh graduates are welcomed. 歡迎應届畢業生
