Assistant Guest Services Supervisor - Overnight (5-day work week)

- Certificate / Diploma or above in Hospitality Management or related disciplines
- Minimum 3 year relevant experience in Hotel Industry
- Service-orientated with sound knowledge in Front Office Operation
- Knowledge of using Fidelio Opera would be an advantage
- Self-motivated, independent, strong interpersonal and communications skills
- Good command of both English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Candidate with less experience can apply for Senior Guest Services Agent - Overnight
