職責

  • 透過電話或線上回覆，即時處理信用卡客戶有關交易查詢，市場活動推廣或客戶資料更新等事宜
  • 每星期工作不少於15小時
  • 工作地點：灣仔

 

入職要求

  • 中五 / DSE或以上程度
  • 歡迎學生 / 應屆畢業生 / 家庭主婦 / 轉職人士加入
  • 具客戶服務熱線相關工作經驗者可獲優先考慮
  • 良好溝通技巧及誠懇有禮
