SME Branch Manager

Job Responsibilities

• Lead and manage branch staff to achieve preset business goals and targets

• Execute business plans to acquire SME and commercial customers

• Cultivate relationships and promote banking products and services to SME and commercial clients

• Manage day-to-day operations of the branch

• Ensure high quality of services are provided to customers

• Ensure all activities are in compliance with the Bank's policies and procedures and regulatory requirements

Job Requirements

• Bachelor degree or above

• Minimum of 7 years of banking experience in Hong Kong or GBA, with substantial experience in SME or commercial banking roles

• Strong relationship management skills with good knowledge of SME and commercial banking products and services

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, analytical and leadership skills

• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, with knowledge of Putonghua
