Captain (Accor Hotel)

Responsibilities:

• Supervise the team in daily operations
• Ensure tidiness and cleanliness of the restaurant
• Provide excellent customer services, including enquiries and complaint handling
• Provide a warm welcome to all restaurant patrons and escort them to the dining area
• Handling administrative/paperwork duties 
• Manage of reservations and reception of restaurant

Qualifications:

• Good team player and able to work under pressure
• Excellent communications & interpersonal skill
• Fluent in English, Cantonese
