Senior Officer, Customer Services - Luxury Residential (Beacon Hill)

Responsibilities:

• Provide personalize and care services to the residents
• On hand to serve the residents when necessary
• Maintain good communication with property services team to ensure resident’s request are entertained on time
• Maintain good relationship with residents, applying caution and respect
• Serve as middleman between other departments and residents, relaying information both ways
• Response enquiries, services requests and complaints from residents on daily life support and entertainment
• Take note of the needs of residents by learning about their habit

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Hospitality Management, Customer Service, or a related discipline
• Minimum 5 years of experience in service-oriented industries, preferably in hospitality, luxury property management, customer care, personal assistant, or butler services
• Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
• Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Chinese word processing
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with VIP clients and internal stakeholders
• Strong customer service mindset with a passion for delivering premium service standards
• Good problem-solving and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment
• Able to work under pressure while maintaining professionalism and composure
• Friendly, approachable personality with a strong focus on customer needs
