Assistant Manager to Senior Manager, Loan Product Development, RBD

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for the end-to-end product and business development of mortgage lending services
• Perform market studies, recommend appropriate product strategies, operational enhancement to improve competitiveness
• Formulate marketing and business plans periodically, review and report business status,
• Perform business volume forecast while ensure the pricing structure to sustain product profitability
• Work close with stakeholders to drive business development and to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
• Deliver training to frontline in providing product and policy update regularly
• Perform other duties as delegated and assigned by the management

Job Requirements

• University graduate
• At least 3 years retail lending business
• Experience with exposure business development of mortgage lending services highly desirable
• Good writing and presentation skills in Chinese (both Mandarin and Cantonese) and English
