Assistant Manager to Senior Manager, Loan Product Development, RBD

Job Responsibilities

• Assist Product Managers to develop, revamp and update secured lending products to meet different financial needs of targeted customers

• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to support business develeopment and business operation

• Conduct analysis on business performance and evaluate programs’ effectiveness

• Conduct periodic product review to ensure the product design and process are strictly adhere to regulatory guidelines and internal policies

• Prepare, support and provide trainings to branch front line staff in order to strengthen their understanding about retail loan products

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field (e.g. Finance, Business Adminsitration, Marketing or related discipline)

• Minimum 2 years experience in retail banking, familiar in secured lending business

• Creative and good business acumen with excellent product management skills

• Proficient in spoken and written Chinese (including Mandarin) and English
