We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Concierge Assistant to join our dynamic hospitality team. If you have a passion for providing exceptional service and creating memorable experiences for guests, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
- Provide a high quality of concierge services to guests and handle their needs and enquiries
- Actively greet arrival guests and provide a warm welcome to them
- Deliver luggage/messages to guests and undertake various other requests
Requirements:
- Good command of English, Mandarin and Cantonese
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Fresh graduate are welcome
