Chef de Partie - Breakfast (Pre-opening and opening 開業前準備和開業)

Responsibilities:

• To prepare food items for all western menus including but not limited to breakfast.
• To prepare food according to Chef's specification and recipes.
• To assist in food requisition to ensure sufficient stock but no wastage.
• To assist to set up attractive display of food items, show pieces, etc, on display counters or where required.
• To assist to send for requisitioned items from storeroom and personally double check quantities and quality.
• To co-operate and delegate work properly and in fair manner.  This is essential to the smooth operations of the kitchen.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years' relevant experience in Hospitality industry
• Daily working hours are from 05:00 to 14:30
• Team player with a positive attitude
• Self-motivated, responsible and interpersonal skills
