Foreman (5-day work week)

Oversee the day-to-day maintenance of the hotel, including HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical systems, elevators, and other critical infrastructure

Lead, train, and supervise the engineering team, ensuring they deliver high-quality work and adhere to safety protocols

Ensure all engineering activities comply with local regulations, including fire safety codes, building codes, and environmental standards

Monitor and optimize energy consumption across the property to reduce costs and promote sustainability initiatives

Act as the primary point of contact for engineering-related emergencies and ensure swift resolution to minimize impact on guests and operations

Work closely with other departments to resolve maintenance issues that affect guest experience

Certificate of Registration of Electrical Worker Grade A0 / AC(R) is preferred

Minimum 5-8 years relevant experience in Hotel Industry

Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills

Independent and able to work under pressure
