主要職責 Job Description :

負責編排餐枱以達高效率及暢順營運 Responsible for table arrangement to ensure smooth restaurant operation

接聽顧客查詢, 處理預訂並確保預留位置擺設妥當 Answer telephone enquiries, handle reservations and confirm daily booking, ensure that tables are set before clients’ arrival 

提供優質服務並以專業方式提供餐飲服務予賓客 Provide high quality service standard and provide recommendations on food and beverage items in a professional manner to our restaurant guests 

工作要求 Job Requirements  :

中五或以上程度及1年相關經驗 Form 5 or above with 1year relevant experience 

性格外向和充滿活力，具有良好的客戶服務、人際交往和溝通技巧 Outgoing and energetic personality, with good customer service, interpersonal and communication skills 

良好英語與中文溝通能力; 具普通話溝通能力者優先 Good command of spoken English and Chinese; knowledge in Mandarin a plus 

合資格在香港工作 Eligible to work in Hong Kong
