Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, cook, and plate high-quality dishes according to the restaurant's standards and specifications
• Ensure consistent execution during mise en place, service, and special events
• Maintain the highest levels of kitchen hygiene, organization, and food safety
• Collaborate closely with the Chef team to uphold quality and efficiency in a dynamic environment

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in fine dining or luxury hotel kitchens (length of experience commensurate with position applied)
• Strong technical skills in French cuisine and classical cooking methods preferred
• Ability to perform well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
• Positive attitude, strong teamwork, and commitment to excellence
