Responsibilities

• Provide excellent Food and Beverage experience to hotel guests
• Welcome guest upon arrival and farewell guest upon departure in a friendly and caring manner
• Escort guests to table & streamline the customer traffic on the service floor
• Handle all reservations and enquiries in a timely manner
• Confirm bookings with guests prior the schedule
• Prepare restaurant seating plan and allocate tables accordingly
• Inform section in-charge/ Manager of any VIPs / special guests’ arrival
• Handle menu-related tasks, including printing and maintain cleanliness
• Prepare accurate bill payment & check guest satisfaction
• Perform other duties as assigned by Department Head / Supervisor 

Qualifications

• 1 year relevant experience in hotel / restaurant will be preferred, fresh graduates will also be considered
• Degree Holder or certificate in Hospitality Management, food and beverage or related disciplines will be an advantage
• Cashiering knowledge and skills are required
• Energetic, guest oriented and out going personality
• Strong interpersonal and communications skills
• Willing to work in dynamic restaurant environment
• Flexible and adaptable to changing and fast-paced environments
• Available to work on shift
• With basic Food & Beverage knowledge will be an advantage
• Good command in both spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
