Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent experience via proactive interaction with guests to enhance satisfaction
• Ensure restaurant daily operations are efficient and smooth
• Prepare and set up the assigned station and maintain cleanliness and readiness of restaurant
• Assist in order taking, providing recommendations or information on both dishes, beverages and latest promotions and delivering food and beverage
• Serve food & beverage in a professional and courteous manner and ensure accuracy of orders including menu details
• Communicate effectively with the kitchen to ensure timely and accurate order delivery
• Fulfill guest needs and respond promptly to inquiries and special requests
• Handling VIPs/ special guests' arrivals and guest preferences with care
• Prepare accurate bill payment & check guest satisfaction
• Perform other duties as assigned by Department Head / Supervisor 

Qualifications

• 1 year relevant experience in hotel / restaurant will be preferred, fresh graduates will also be considered
• Degree Holder or certificate in Hospitality Management, food and beverage or related disciplines will be an advantage
• Passionate, energetic and guest oriented
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Available to work on shift
• With basic Food & Beverage knowledge will be an advantage
• With basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene will be an advantage
• Good command in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
