Estate Manager, Operations

The Repulse Bay is seeking for an Estate Manager, Operations to oversee the daily operation of the Estate Operations and to provide excellent customer services to the residents and guests

Key Accountabilities

• Oversee daily operations of the luxury residential property, commercial arcade, and related facilities, ensuring smooth and efficient management.
• Support the Director of Estate Operations in elevating the customer experience and developing a concierge service that maintains high service standards.
• Lead and supervise the team to deliver exceptional, high‑quality customer service while building strong resident and guest relationships.
• Respond proactively to guest feedback and complaints, taking prompt action to achieve the highest level of satisfaction.
• Assist in monitoring contractor performance, coordinating maintenance and enhancement works, managing administrative duties, and supporting improvement or ad hoc projects.

General Requirements

• Degree holder in Property or Housing Management or related discipline.
• Member of MCIH or HKIH or equivalent professional qualification is preferable.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in Property or Housing Management of luxury apartments with 3 years at supervisory level.
• Have experience in hospitality industry and customer oriented.
• Excellent interpersonal and supervisory skills.
• Strong in problem-solving skill, able to deal with customers in a professional manner.
