Call Centre Officer - Full Time + Rotate Shifts (Kwai Fong)

Make the Right Call

Responsibilities:

Contact existing customers by phone to update their information (no cold calling required)

Provide the latest information to customers and strengthen customer relationships

Follow company policies and procedures, complete tasks in a timely manner, and strive to deliver excellent customer service

Requirements:

·         Candidates from retail or those looking for a career change are welcome

·         Strong telephone manner, communication skills, and a high standard of customer service

·         Self-motivated, proactive, and positive mindset

·         Fluent in Cantonese

·         HKCEE/DSE or above

·         Prior Customer Service experience is highly preferred

·         Proficient in Chinese/ English typing
